Teracon has been assigned by Nordec to make design work for the main steel frame and panel wall structures for DSV’s new logistics center in Landskrona.
In addition to the main steel frame structures, Nordec also supplies load-bearing roof sheets, panel wall elements, stairs and railings for this building.
When the logistics center is ready, it will be the largest in the Nordics. The new logistics center will consist of two separate properties, the larger of the properties is 105 000 m2 and the smaller is 70 000 m2. When the buildings are completed, DSV has a total of 270 000 m2 of warehouse space in Landskrona. The new buildings consist of 6 000 tons of steel structures and 40 300 m2 of facade, of which 30 200 m2 are wall panel elements.
The design work began in late summer 2022 and assembly should begin at the end of November 2022. The logistics center should be completely completed in 2024.
