NREP Logicenter is building and renting a logistics warehouse to Dahl Sverige AB. The warehouse is situated in Bålsta, northern part of Stockholm. Nordec AB is delivering the steel frame, load-bearing sheets, panel elements, hollow-core decks, socles and stairs for this object. Teracon was commissioned by Nordec in July 2021 to design the steel frame and hollow-core decks for this logistics warehouse. The warehouse has an area of approximately 72 000m² and will be finished by the end of 2022.
