Teracon was commissioned in August 2021 by Nordec Oy to design steel frame and wall panels for Dagab logistics/warehouse building. The building is used to store fruits and vegetables, and is located in Landskrona, Sweden. The size of the building is about 37 000 m² and has approximately 1100 tn of steel.
Inside the building are three intermediate floors that are used as office and technical spaces. The warehouse has a big storage space, cold storage (3 700 m²) and a small frozen storage (230 m²).
