Hervanta 2024
Logicenters is constructing a 29 000m² large logistics center in Hervanta, Tampere. The building is estimated to be completed in the spring of 2025.
In this project, Teracon is responsible for planning the primary framework, secondary structures, socles, hollow-core slabs and cladding structures. The client is Teräselementti Oy.
The logistic center aims to achieve the BREEAM Excellent environment certification, with its realization strongly guided by NREP’s own goal for carbon neutrality. Material selection and other construction solutions are strongly guided by the goal set for carbon neutrality. In the various construction solutions, priority is given to low emissions in operation, adaptability, and long lifespan. For heating, geothermal energy has been prioritized, and solar panels for electricity production.
