Vänersborg, Sweden 2014
Varner-Gruppen AS is a Norwegian textile company with one of the Nordic Countries’ largest logistics centres, located in western Sweden. The building has a floor area of some 50,000m². The weight of the steel frame is 2,045 tonnes. The logistics centre includes a high storage unit rising to 30 metres. In this project, we were responsible for designing the steel frame, concrete wall elements and the lightweight wall elements for the client’s construction elements delivery. Ruukki Construction Oy was the company responsible for the construction elements delivery.
